ERC, 9:40 2nd group. As the group left I decided to bridge up to the first group. TT'd on my own for about 5 mins and made the gap. Sat at the back for a bit but decided they would be too fast once things got wound up, so sat up and waited for the 2nd group. They took a while, so I just spun out to recover. Slotted in fine. Legs not a bother. Pace was fine out, loads of crap riders making gaps as usual. I just kept things smooth. Legs started to feel tired, but never had a problem with the pace. Learned from last week's mistake and took the jump for the sprint. Not sure if I got pipped on the line, as there is no line. Was spinning out, could have gone up a few gears. Good session.
