South of England cross country champs
-Very muddy
-Didn't walk course, so it was further up hill that I thought
-Overall result was better than I expected

Strength (Austins Exercises) 10:00 [3]

Did 5 mins when watching QI
Then another 5 mins before bed
Did dips on both legs, squats and lunges

PE (football) 45:00 [2]

Did some football drills on attacking and defending, meant lots of running around- was tired for a short time after

Running (Stride Intervals) 1:15:00 [3]

-Warm up-short run, long time on drills
-About 6 100m stride intervals
-Assessed each others running style

Tuesday Jan 20, 2009 #

Circuits (Aerobic) 1:00:00 [3]

-Boxing warm
-1 1/4 mins 'on', not very long 'off'
Felt quite tired afterwards-couldn't hold plank for full length of time

PE (swimming) 30:00 [3]

Did a few warm up lengths, then did a 12 minute fitness swim (24 lengths)

After school netball training
Was quite physical, got tired at the end
Did warm up drills
Then netball drills
Didn't spend long doing games

PE (swimming) 30:00 [4]

Did personal survival test-found it very tough
25m swim sprint
Help position for 6 mins- my core ached after
3 laps of the pool (just over 100m)
Wore trackies,long sleeved top and jumper

Slow run with mum- had chiltern league xc yesterday
Went up from house, over bypass, around and back through pancake woods
