-Very muddy
-Didn't walk course, so it was further up hill that I thought
-Overall result was better than I expected

Then another 5 mins before bed
Did dips on both legs, squats and lunges
After school netball training
Was quite physical, got tired at the end
Did warm up drills
Then netball drills
Didn't spend long doing games

Did personal survival test-found it very tough
25m swim sprint
Help position for 6 mins- my core ached after
3 laps of the pool (just over 100m)
Wore trackies,long sleeved top and jumper
