Note

Gone to France now so although will be doing activities cos it's that sorta week won't look like I've done any training-and I won't have done proper training!

PE (table tennis) 40:00 [2]

Table tennis doesn't really sound like training, but it was more like tennis cos we had bald teacher again (don't know his name) and he's nice so he let us do good stuff. So it involved lots of running around cos im not v good at it and had to keep going to get the balls that i missed..

Strength (Austins Exercises) 10:00 [3]

Equal split between my lunges, squats and dips on each legs
Did while watching gossip girl-good show!

Wii fit 30:00 [2]

So wii fit doesn't much sound like training but i think it is
my wii fit age was 18-so not too bad
the boxing was probably the toughest one- 6 mins!
did some yoga and muscle workouts too

Running 2:00:00 [3]

Went to Pickets Lock at Lee Valley. After a bit of difficulty we got there! The indoor stadium was v impressive, if a bit stuffy.
Started with 2 500m warm up laps
Then did some drills
Then some stretches/high leg kicks
Did a thing on the track -run for 90 secs, 2 min rest;run for 60 secs, 2 min rest; run for 30 secs 5 minute rest - which we did twice
Then some circuits (in front of Dwain Chambers!) we did them for 30 secs each
-Sit ups
-Split jump (jump into lunges)
-Press ups
-Squat thrusts
-Sit ups
-Burpees
-Plank (front, each side and back)
Then another cool down 500m jog
Had a coach that worked at Pickets Lock so made it different to normal, but it was good training

PE (football) 45:00 [3]

Did some 3v3 defending drills again, so was a bit boring!
But then did a proper game with the boys so was quite fast paced-if a little scary. Not normally allowed to play with the boys but we had bald teacher so he let us :)

Should have gone to netball but I felt really tried and a bit ill.
Feel a bit guilty cos i didn't go, but I think it will help me recover better if I don't so...

Orienteering race 45:05 [4] *** 5.8 km (7:46 / km)
spiked:7/17c

Did good considering xc yesters
Didn't make any major errors, but didn't spike majority controls
Weather was a bit skank!
Came 3rd out of 99 for overall short blue, won w18
