Played some energetic rounders. Im already better than last year :) but not sure if thats really saying anything... For fielding I was out deep, and in batting I managed to score two half rounders.
Did 10 min run to Pound meadow, then stretching and drills.
For main bit did same as last week- with 10secs then 20 etc did about the same distances which is good.
Then for a warm down jogged around pound meadow and then back to the school.
Did all breast stroke today, was really boring. Cos we just did it again and again and then i felt like i was doing it wrong. And Mr Meenan only gave us like 5 minutes to get changed...
Didn't do circuits today cos I had babysitting so did some pilates off my dvd. I still find it really hard but that took me 30 mins and then i did clam for 10 mins. I don't have the elasticy bits yet but i did it without.

Was a long park/street o around the edge of Milton Keynes. I though it was going to be reallllly tough but wasn't as bad as I thought. The navigation was't too bad either.
