Orienteering warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Jogged around to the start and then from the end back to the car park.
Did a bit of stretching but not much.

Orienteering (JOK Prologue) 25:10 [3] * 3.68 km (6:50 / km)

Did the open womens JOK prologue again at Whipendell. I wasn't really orienteering as I wasn't doing the navigating but I was following Bexs routes on another map. I found it really tough cos Bex is really quick and it was proper hot.

Orienteering (JOK Chase) 21:34 [3] 3.14 km (6:52 / km)

Did the same again but on the chase, didn't want to do it at first but Bex said I should! Was really tough again, and at one point found it oddly hard to breathe. But missed out the end of the course.

PE (Badminton) 45:00 [2]

Was last lesson of the term so was a fun badminton lesson instead of rounders, plus it was cold outside!

Running warm up/down (Warm up) 23:10 [2] 2.36 km (9:49 / km)

Did 2 laps of the track jogging and then normal drills & strides. It was odd because it was light because of the time difference and there were loadsa people at the track.

Running (3221) 17:00 [5] 3.39 km (5:01 / km)

Did a 3221 training thing. Did 300m fast, 200m jog, 200m fast then 100m jog, did that 4 times without a rest, it was really tough! And everyone else was faster than me! Tho it was only me, Bex & Greg doing it. But yer my fast bits got slower and slower then on the last one I realised I could still go a bit quicker, but ah well, its just about pushing yourself and sometimes I'd stop thinking about my running and proper slowed down.

Running warm up/down (Warm down) 3:00 [2] 0.4 km (7:30 / km)

Did a cool down lap around the track straight after the 3221 thing.

PE (Personal Survival) 40:00 [3]

Did personal survival circuits!
So one station was the help position and another was treading water etc
some were kinda easy but others were really hard.

Circuits (Weights) 45:00 [4]

Was a weights session this week
For warm up did a bit of running
Then it was a weights session, so not as tiring as aerobic, but still good, was quite tired tho. But chatted a bit with Bex and took my mind off of it.
Then did sit ups and one where we took a weight bar on every other sit up
Then we had to leave early cos it was Mikes (my coaches) birthday and they were giving him a present at tring and we went to give him a card.

Monday Mar 30, 2009 #

PE (Netball) 1:00:00 [3]

Last netball training of this year, we started doing this passing drill in teams of 7, and then tag netball, and i was the last person in my team to not be tagged :) but it was v tiring. Then for the rest of the lesson we played a game and i got to be WA so it was good. But the other team won by 1point in the last like 2 mins, which was a bit rubbish but oh well. And i was pretty tired from the weekend.

Orienteering race (Spring Cup Relay) 36:26 [4] 4.4 km (8:17 / km)

This was better than yesterdays run, I always do better on relays!
Didn't feel physically tired from yesters but didn't sleep well.
4.Had to find an indistinct path and was just the wrong side of it so went all the way put to the other veg boundary and had to come back in to it again.
6.Went round the hill the wrong way so wasted time cos it was a v. short leg.
Then just a few small things weren't perfect but it was a good run.
Did the second fastest time on that leg :) and gained my team 4 places.
Bit disappointed I didn't go onto the sand dunes though.
