Orienteering race (New Beechenhurst) 41:52 [4] 5.3 km (7:54 / km)

I'm sort of pleased with this race as i didn't make any massive errors, but really annoyed that I just made loads of stupid errors that wasted time.

Orienteering warm up/down 25:00 [3] 2.0 km (12:30 / km)

Jogged up to start then further along the track, then did some drills & stretching.
When I finished I jogged back to the car from the finish as a warm down.

Orienteering race (Mallards Pike) 48:23 [3] 4.9 km (9:52 / km)

Just took it slowish cos running more seriously tomo, messed up no. 1 which was annoying and off-putting but tried not to think about it.

PE (Rounders) 40:00 [2]

Was the rounders assessment lesson so was quite energetic but also not really cos half the time i was waiting to bat. Luckily Miss B didn't make me bowl for assessment cos I'm reallly not good at bowling.

PE (Tennis) 1:00:00 [2]

Went to tennis club after school with Lottie and Becky, not sure why cos I've got no coordination so tennis isn't really my sport, but it was quite fun.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Did a 5 min warm up jog around the field,a bit of stretching, then drills-not as many as normal i think.

Running intervals 30:00 [5]

Did 4 x 300m to start with, with a short rest between each of them, had 20secs per 100m time to keep with, but beat those whistles every time which was good.
Then had a 5 min rest then did a 30m, 60m and 90m sprint, did all those twice with the time it took to walk back to the beginning as a rest between them.
To finish we did a circle relay, there were like 5 in a team and we ran around the coned circle after each other, it took my whole team about 1 min, did that twice.

Circuits 1:00:00 [4]

Wasn't Alan this week so was slightly different but it was good. Did a variety of activities so that was good-got quite out of breath at points. Didn't do as much of a warm down as usual at the end though -i think.
