Did clams with resistance, dips on the bosu, dips on the floor, lunges and squats.

Went for a long run with mum, wasn't as tiring as I thought it would be so thats good. It was the start of our Saunders training-the weather was fitting too, it tipped it down! We would have gone longer I think but it was too wet so we didn't. We didn't go too fast but we kept going and that was good.
