Ran up to Berko common and back down the hill into Dudswell and along the canal.
I started off alright then going up to Bridgewater I felt knackered but then once I was in the shade and on the common (even tho that was hot) i felt good and down the hill I let go but then on the canal there was no shade and i think I slowed down loads.
Not sure how long each took separately so..
warm up- was 2 laps of the track then drills
for the session we did jog 200m then sprint 200m jog 200m then sprint 200m then 5 min rest which we did 3 times
my legs still ached from circuits so didn't do it as hard as i think i could have
and there was this really annoying new boy!
warm down-1 lap of the track really slow
Did this step up thing on the wii fit that lasts for 30 mins and the noise for the rhythm comes out the remote so you can watch any telly when doing it.
Sounds a bit odd but it's good and actually gets you quite warm cos I did it on the fastest setting.

ran to Ashridge with mum, was really hot and i felt a bit ill at some point so we walked for a few mins then ran again.

Then we had cake and a drink at the cafe at Ashridge and I cycled home with bex
hadn't cycled for a very long time so started off pretty slow cos I was nervous, then we got a bit lost but it was alright
when we got to the common saw mum and dad running so we raced them and going fast on the bike felt good
