BEOC long. was kinda late leaving to the start and wasnt sure at all if was heading to the right start at all. ran the whole way, took me bout 12min which seemed soooo far. then had bout 1min to put number on and was called. damn.
felt ok to start up with.fucked up first thou. at least a min i think. just couldnt find the right U, seemed like there were so many more of them than on the map. stupid. next few were ok. missed 4th a bit too cos thought i was looking for V. then 5th aswell cos didnt/couldnt read that coming off the track had depressions right of me. thought suppose to be hills.. so stuffed around there a while. great! then about after 7th CP couldnt run any more. SOO tired. so started to jog. missed 10th, 11th, 19th by little bit. was moving sooo very slowly :s feeling very very tired and weak :(
ohh well... better nxt weekend hopefully :)

FCC middle distance final. open-women class. first few controls uphill, felt pretty average. missed 3rd, stuffed around all the lil depressions for few min. heh. then going to 8th wasnt sure how far had run already on top of the hill so stuffed around some more.9th was too high somehow. and then last cp aswell. bit confusing.

easy run up to ski village hill. few loops up there and back home again. felt good and tried to put bit more effort in than i normally would on a easy run.
good fun:)

improving my tan slowly aswell :) hehe

GYM (swiss ball) 40:00 [2]

at work swiss ball class. usual stuff: lunges, squats, calf raises, crunches, hip extensions, upper body w DB.
quite a good workout.

easy run with bryn.. well suppose to be an easy run. felt pretty crap thou and was hard to run so didnt really feel like easy run. heh.

at work. took a swiss ball class again. did wall squats, walking lunges, squats, calf raises, hip extensions, leg curls, crunches, DB upper body.
good workout. legs really tired in the end!:))
