road down to bayswater and did inviidual TT. i had a bad ride, couldnt get into a good rythym and legs werer feeling pretty bad. went to the dietition yesterday who talked to me about my diabetes and blood sugars in relation to training. at school training i have no breakfast beforehand and this morning i went high afetrwards.

windtrainging session at westalke girls. felt good, the training was alot more long steady stuff than monday which was alot of short sharp spins. i prefered today to mondays sessions. legs felt waay beteer as well. had dinner before i went this time which may have something to do with it, levels were around 8 before and low, around 4 when i finished.
