ride with the seniors. rode north head an mt vic, then we went to bayswater for time trial practice. droppe one guy of our team at team time trial practise because he was going real slow. legs felt all right, but a lttle bit tired. Again my blood sugars were fine beforehand, but then went up to around 16 afterwards and then back down to 6 at lunch time.

easy run with tom in riverhead except got dropped on the last climb because i am weak according to tom..haha legs were reso sore. just tired or something.
