mean ride, attacked 2nd lap, got caught on back straight, then got 3rd or 4th on the bunch sprint! im happy with how i went, i could have attacked better though, didnt really put all my ewffort into attacking.

Rogaine with Mark legs felt good for the first 2hours or so, then was really slow for the last two hours. we were 2nd in the foot rogaine. it wasant really a rogaine though, had to get a number of different loops, with one loop being compolusary.

i was absolutely poked on this leg of rogaine, mark had to help push my bike up hills. we were 3rd best in MTB rogaine and 2nd overall. nav was easy, off an aerial photograph with contours,tracks and fences drwn over the top.

good race, got put down a grade, sat in for the first two 8km laps, then on the last lap i attacked and held for the hole lap, did a faster time than last week.
i finally managed to get my HR up high, havnt been able to for ages!

Crap 1500 time cause of bad start and grass track.
like 50people in my race and got tripped at start.
all round a pretty bad and slow race

bit better than 1500m, had a good start, faded in final 200m though
slow on a grass track still.

legs felt pretty bad, couldnt go that hard on hills. it was pissing down with rain and a had to stop a few times cause pieces of gravel got in my eyes

hard race, got dropped on first lap when i dropped my chain, sadie paced me back in, then dropped again on 2nd lap when i just couldnt hold the wheel. Tried to chase back but couldnt. strong headwind or sidewind the whole way. Still my HR isnt getting up high enough, my avg for a race like this is normally higher, not sure whats happening

Good run, just wasnt fast enough for the course. it was easy nav with lots of fast running on streets, just couldnt put the pace on.
Nav was easy and i nailed it pretty much

Another crap run, it was on steep farmland with native bush in gullies, heaps of erosion gully detail in big gullies, i wasnt very good at picking how high i was in the big gullies and couldnt pick control well. took some dumb route choices. Need way more training, particurly speed work(ill start in couple of weeks) before nationals and north islands in easter

Pretty crap run, couldnt be bothered after like half the course and just took it slow. Nav was pretty crap, map had heaps of green in gullys and i didnt go far enough through it.

Thought i had a good run, got wasted by everyone else though, need to work on running speed more than anything, nav was pretty good, just one mistake on the last control were i ran down wrong road

Hard course, started with fast section around flat parkland and streets, ended on Mangere mountain with heaps of hills, went too fast in first section and couldnt run up hills.

Real slow ride, was collecting tape and arrows from an event in riverhead yesterday, so was stopping every couple of hundred metres so avg real low.

Ride in Riverhead, felt good on climbs, rode some new tracks i hadnt done before, technically im feeling good, was able to ride all the downhills!
