easy ride, just streching the legs put. got no big events until july so ill go back into some bas training over the next few weeks. i am slao starting school road cycling next week so will be doing a lot more road cycling. today i also tested the new school boy gearing limits ive got on my bike, was spinning like the hole and was in my biggest gear the hole time basically. apart from that my legs felt good.

red course on same map for NISS. nav was good, only made one small mistake that everyone seemed to make in the forest. i was just slow as, walked half the hills, legs finally stopped working as well as they have for past couple of weeks!

good run, easy nav only a yellow course for relays. still made about 20secs of mistakes when i thought i was in the right reentrant but it was the next one over, did bout the same time as tim today, running was good i felt fast

good run, only made one mistake on the controls in the farmland, just got confused in the green, only 30secs or so. then i felt good on rest of course, got 3rd in the end about 3 minutes behind tim robertson, think i lost time on the running, good have been faster on hills

ride with tom in riverhead, i rode badly on all technical stuff but legs were pretty good, felt good climbing

Hard interval session before NISS, legs felt pretty bad but i was still able to go fast, did sort of a pyramid thing, 1min on 1 min off, 2min on 2min off 3min on 3min off and then down again

legs were pretty tired from all the riding, i just rode up the road and road a couple of tracks. tracks were pretty good and i was sweet on them, it was a mean as weekend away.. tom showed a track called corners and its mean, just switch backs down a hill for like 15mins!

went for another ride in the afternoon to ride another track in the natives, took it pretty slow as legs were starting to feel all the riding a bit! rode a track in the natives there, wasnt that good and i couldnt ride a few of the more technical bits..

15 Warm Up then 5x 2min on 2min off 15 Warm Down
legs felt real tired at the start but i got faster i think as i did more, Hr was pretty high on Warm down even though i was only jogging.

relay with greg flynn first leg and lisa mead 2nd leg. had a good run, only two main mistakes in the vague stuff, apart from that al good, legs were starting to feel it.

had an awful run, messed up number four just after long leg. i just wasnt paying enough attention to my compass and missed it and contours just didnt make any sense

good run. felt good off the start and the map all made sense, mashses in the farmland made easy as nav and only made a few mistakes in the ofrest when i caught up to other people, got 1st and it was a good run

al rite run, was real fast on first few controls then felt real slow and pretty much jogged the rest of the course, it was easy nav and i made no real mistakes.. legs felt pretty bad

good run, made a few nav mistakes in avondale college, just over ran my map reading, apart from that it was good, a good as sprint map, and i won the series which was good
