Good ride, legs feeling good.
felt mean on single track, thought i was going faster than before on some of the technical descents

Meant to be ahills training session, felt real bad though, just couldnt get HR up because legs wernt feeling good. Got a rest day tomorw, so should be better on Saturday.

Easy summer series, just running.
felt pretty good, thought i did a good time.

Legs feeling good.
Did loop around Kaukapakapa to Hvl then back home.
New road bike is mean on hills, only felt a little tired towards the end

Couldn't keep up with Tom and Mark.
Legs tired from 3 days hard training
Orienteering was good, not many mistakes. Just got to work on keeping mistakes down when im tired
