hard ride with three hills repeats, went hard on flats as well. felt really bad thouhg, didnt feel comfortable on bike(i was wobbling and moving way too much) and couldnt really push it on the climbs.

2 min on, 2 min off times 8, with 5min warm up and warm down.. felt tired as in the last three intervals, was a hard session.

alright ride, sat in for whole race, until like 1.5km to go, then three guys attacked and no one was trying to go with them so i got on the front and pulled them back in, didnt have the legs to try anything else..

sprint at Mt albert school. was pretty clean for the hole race, just made some dumb mistakes running down dead end pathways and having to retrace.. running was pretty good, and i won so that was good as well.

legs felt real good on hills, still found it hard to keep HR up. i was going hard out and HR still stayed quite low. pretty good ride all on the gravel roads though. left knee was a little sore at the start of ride and hurts when i crouch or anything

had a really good run nav wise, made no big mistakes, just lost a few seconds in the circle on a few controls. running was quite slow, couldnt really go hard on the last few controls, tired from yesterdays race

#7km king country challenge race, got a pretty bad start, couldnt stick with the leading bunch. the track was mostly on paddocks and farm roads, real tough. rode really bad on any technical descents, lost like a minute down one and spent most of ride chasing. got 4th in the end.

hard race around the end of the coromandel peninsula, went hard at the start to try and get in a good bunch, through the single track i lost a bit of time with the mud and me just going to slow. Along the way back along the coast i couldnt hold onto bunches, i pretty much cracked and i dropped a lot of time

real wind, guy attacked on the second lap, i tried to stick with him, didnt have the legs and so sat up for bunch, then bunch got wittled down to four of us and i got thrid in the sprint, saving my legs for colville this weekend... got 70km ahead of me!!

good nav, clean through building controls, dropped like 30 secs at wrong control number cause of switch. good running, felt fast though, got stitch at one point mid way through but ran through it

good run, no nav mistakes, just slow on the steep farmland. legs pretty tired from yesterday. nav was pretty easy because it was all open, just a few bits of native bush that you needed to be a little more careful on, it was easy just to contour along and pin the controls though.

run with mark and aiden in waitakeres. felt flat on the hills, was fast down them though. we only ddi upper kauri track at the end because we were too tired to do lower kauri..

Nite o at ambury farm, felt quite tired from run earlier today, joseph caught me at number 15, put the gas on him on a long leg along a road then turned my light of so he couldnt folow. and i ended up beating him. but yea i was just tired from waitakere run.

sprint race as rosmini.. first by 5 seconds, heaps of problems at the evnt with sort ident, control was missing and finish didnt work, my time is wrong im pretty sure! clean run and felt fast though.
