#7km king country challenge race, got a pretty bad start, couldnt stick with the leading bunch. the track was mostly on paddocks and farm roads, real tough. rode really bad on any technical descents, lost like a minute down one and spent most of ride chasing. got 4th in the end.

Felt a bit better than yesterday, still my throat was really sore when i finished. legs wernt too bad though

ride in riverhead. felt really bad, sore throat and bit of a cold. couldnt ride hills and was pretty slow on everything.

tom said to keep HR above 160. felt pretty good, except HR dropped heaps on climbs and was high on flats which i thought was pretty weird. Not too tried from Colville
