ride with tom and uncle and dad in rotorua again in the morning. felt good legs were good climbing and i rode downhills pretty well..

went for another ride in the afternoon to ride another track in the natives, took it pretty slow as legs were starting to feel all the riding a bit! rode a track in the natives there, wasnt that good and i couldnt ride a few of the more technical bits..

ride in rotorua forest, was starting to get a bit dark so i was real slow on technical setions of track, mean ride though legs feeling strong

15 Warm Up then 5x 2min on 2min off 15 Warm Down
legs felt real tired at the start but i got faster i think as i did more, Hr was pretty high on Warm down even though i was only jogging.

relay with greg flynn first leg and lisa mead 2nd leg. had a good run, only two main mistakes in the vague stuff, apart from that al good, legs were starting to feel it.

had an awful run, messed up number four just after long leg. i just wasnt paying enough attention to my compass and missed it and contours just didnt make any sense
