did a long ride around taupaki and waitakere. had to do 4 times 4mins on 4 mins off with HR above 160 but lower tahn 175. this was all good. i think one thing westalke road cycling has taught me is how to push yourself and go faster, as efforts were easy to do. legs felt good, i climbed real good and descended well as well. all round it was a real mean ride!
school training, i rode with intermediete group. felt good after being off the bike for so long. attacked on mt vic and north head and broke away on the way to bayswater, felt real light headed after breaks though. legs were all good
was having an ok run, hadnt made many mistakes, running speed was just slow. crossing fences slowed me donw quite abit too tho. Managed to fall in a river going to number 9 bout half way round and nail my legs, DNF'd in the end because i got real cold and could barely walk!!
