ahr:182 max:196 shoes: VJ Falcons

easy run, no nav needed, it was just a race to see who could run the fastest. which i couldnt. my team was 2nd after our first leg runner dropped 5mins, then our second leg droped another minute and i just kept us steady there. all rite run, just need to work on running speed.

ahr:160 max:173 shoes: Specilized Road

windtrainging session at westalke girls. felt good, the training was alot more long steady stuff than monday which was alot of short sharp spins. i prefered today to mondays sessions. legs felt waay beteer as well. had dinner before i went this time which may have something to do with it, levels were around 8 before and low, around 4 when i finished.

Road Cycle race (Waterfront TT) 24:17 [5] 16.0 km (1:31 / km)
ahr:184 max:191 shoes: Specilized Road

didnt really feel 100% going into the time trial, but i still did some big turns on the front on the way out, caught alot of time on other teams, but i think it was the wrong thing to do, should have gone hard on the return instead. crashed at the turn around but couldnt drop because we had already dropped a guy, so we eased it back, did 24.17. i dont know how that compares to our toehr weeks though. legs wernt that great

Road Cycle (Taupaki) 1:30:35 [2]
ahr:155 max:180 shoes: Specilized Road

did a similar route to yesterday, except cut out a section of hilly stuff because legs were wasted from TT in morning. pretty slow ride, still managed to do 4min on/ off as per yesterday.
