legs felt real good. rode from in town out the cycle way and then round roads round taupaki. did 5 times 6min with HR between 160 and 175 and did them all good. mean ride....

school training, rode mt vic and north head, i was with senior group and just sat in. got to bayswater for TT practise and i dropped all my team except sam baker, and we caught up to team in front, dropped them too and just rode with sam to the end. wasnt really pushing it much. same thing happened with blood sugars, were fine before hand, went up at the end and were bakc to normal at lunchtime.

i houe with 3times 8minute with 10minute rest in between. did first 50mins on the road then it got dark and so i did last 10mins warm down on wind trainer. legs felt all good, wernt tired from yesterday at all. im getting better at riding on the drops as well now, used to just ride on the hoods, but it feels more comfortable on the drops now.

good to get a proper ride under me again after my legs were pretty sore over last few days. rode with the 2nd group and led the whole way, won all the sprints and both mt vic and north head climbs! legs are all good now

after school windtraining session.. went pretty well we did a hole heap of long intervals and then a few spinning intervals as well, felt pretty good.. noone liked my music though haha
