felt like crap.. got a cold or something and legs felt bad. took it real easy

school road training round bayswater, felt real bad. dropped during team time trial and legs could barely push the pedals round, had a bit of a sore throat during the day so maybe getting a bit sick??

rode up to taupaki round back way, tried going reso hard on the climbs and felt good attacking in my big ring, legs felt pretty god but got a bit slower towards the end

school training round bayswater. dropped near start to check my rear brake wasnt rubbing, because it felt like i had a flat. then had to chase all the way to north head to get back into the bunch. got to mt vic and had to do four reps (mangaed to keep up with senior A on first rep). Rode senior B for TT practise but felt bad so just dropped and rode senior C.. all round legs not feeling too good.

pretty much the most boring 90mins of my life as windtraining always is. was at the girls school and no other westlkae boys came so was real boring..i couldnt even see the projecter with TDF playing!!! legs felt ok but pretty flat

slow as ru n, felt real slow, timed the warm up routine ive got to see how long it took, and it took 21 mins. will use that warm up from now on

I havnt bben on for ages, so obviously heeeeeeeps of training missing but will start again from today with my lead up to Aussie

had an alrite run, havnt orienteered in three weeks so was a bit rusty on every control. went training with tom after too whcih was good. legs flet bad because i did a big road cycle yesterday.. back inot posting on attackpoint again now!!haha got aussie champs in like 7 weeks!!:)
