 | Running 25:00 [4]2.9 mi (8:36 / mi) | |

| Rice Loop - warm and humid. Strapped up foot as the podiatrist showed me. So far so good, but I've generally been OK with this distance of running. Alabama will be the real test. |

| Went to see a podiatrist about my left foot problems. He diagnosed me as having plantar fasciitis which is what I'd suspected, and he's given me streches to do, instructed me to ice my foot every night, and to tape it for running.
Contrary to my expectations he want's me to run to see how the taping helps. He is especially keen to see how much it helps at the A meet this weekend (and he even seems to know what orienteering is !). |

| Control hanging and location checking at Stubblefield. Only walking yesterday and today, so left foot not so problematic. |
