Red Day 2 - Splits

Saturday Mar 19

Orienteering race 2:06:24 [4]*** 9.18 km (13:46 / km) +360m 11:31 / km
shoes: Integrators pair 1
Sid Richardson O meet, Red Day 1. Acutually more the length of a blue course, with lots of climb, and it was quite hot. Lots of Cactus and other nasty plants, and lots of rocks. Some of the controls were on vague features / vague parts of the map making me loose time in the vicinity of the control on several occasions.
Control Setting 1:00:00 [1]***
shoes: Integrators pair 1
Helped set controls for TJOC on the part of the map we'd used earlier today.

Red Day 1 - Splits

Wednesday Mar 16

Running 1:10:13 [3]6.5 mi (10:48 / mi)
shoes: Asics (pair 1)
Slow run with Kathi, Eddie and Eric (and Fred for the first bit). Cold (40's) and humid.

Tuesday Mar 15

Cycling 1:04:02 [3]12.9 mi (4:57 / mi)
Byke commute. Still cool, and more humid than recently.

Monday Mar 14

Cycling 1:08:46 [3]13.77 mi (4:59 / mi)
Byke commute. Cooler and sunny on the way in, more humid on the way home. On the way back it was still light as I went past the end of the new byke route near Woodway and 610. It ended in a contruction zone (well what do you expect in Houston) where I got a flat tyre.
