Saturday Jan 6

Skiing (cross country) 2:30:00 [2]
Skiing at Eldora. Only fell over once, and went past the same spot twice more without falling! Bitterly cold.

Friday Jan 5

Note
Next major snowfall hitting Denver!
Note
(injured)
Knee hurting a bit after yesterday, but it was the first time I've really run on roads since surgery.

Thursday Jan 4

Stationary Byke 10:00 [2]
(injured)
Strength 30:00 [1]
(injured)
Usual physical therapy stuff.
Running (Road) 56:47 [4]
shoes: Asics (pair 2)
We were going to run on the trails at Bear Creek Lake Park, but the snow was still too deep (it's been impossibly to run on trails near Denver for 2 weeks now). Instead ran on the road. I couldn't keep up with the others, so just ran to the dam and back.

28:13 - to the dam
2:58 - rest
28:34 - back again

Wednesday Jan 3

Snow Shoeing 1:00:00 [2]
Night (full moon) snowshoe hike!

Monday Jan 1

Running (Trails) 59:32 [4]
(injured)
Ho Chi Minh trails in Memorial Park, Houston. Yellow - Orange - Renegade - Green - Blue (tiny bit) - Red. Saw plenty of evidence of a recent Hash House Harriers trail.

Beautiful sunny day - and warm enough to run in a singlet.

Took a few splits as I've never been really sure of the relative lengths of the trails.

7:39 - Yellow
8:21 - Orange
2:10 - Across Rocky Dip (a few obstacles to negociate)
16:36 - Renegade
16:52 - Back along Green
3:50 - to Blue
0:55 - Blue
3:17 - Red
