Running (Trail) 1:51:01 [3]
shoes: Asics (pair 2)
I was hoping to run round Derwent Water, but the large amounts of rain recently in England have made the top of the lake impassable (cold water up to my knees - decided to go no further!). Came back over Walla Crag. High winds by the lake, but surprisingly it was calmer at the top (except for the rain). Could only see 3 other summits from the top, (Bleaberry Fell, Catbells and Latrigg) and 1 lake (Derwent Water).

Saw 8 other people near the summit.

Not the best running conditions (high winds and rain), but at least it was better than trying to run in knee deep snow - even if I was in knee deep water at one point (and apparently it's -18 degrees C back home this morning according to attackpoint).

Right knee is still not perfect (despite being officially cured), but at least it didn't get worse as I ran.

Wednesday Jan 10

Note
Travel day - Denver to England.

Tuesday Jan 9

Stationary Byke 10:00 [2]
Strength 30:00 [2]
Final trip to the physical therapist. What I was doing was more like intervals today, hence the "2".
Note
I guess that as today was my final physical therapy, my injury is official healed!
