| Not feeling good, so decided to skip the ski-o event at Snow Mountain Ranch. As this is my second cold this month, I think it's important to let it get better properly. |

| Well one of the reasons for my lack of energy on Tuesday was coming down with another cold (or perhaps I never really got over the first one?). |

| (sick) shoes: Asics (pair 2) |
| Run with Denver Trail Runners from Stone House Park to the Golf Course and back (the others went further). Still not feeling particularly energetic. |

| It's official. All the snow has gone. Denver failed to equal the record for the longest period of snow coverage by two days! |

| 2 laps of outer loop of Washington Park. Went counter-clockwise this week for a change. Not very fast and I didn't feel I could get my legs to move much faster. Partly due to having just spent 2 weeks at sea level, although that wasn't the only reason.
Time and distance are both a guess. |

| Got back to Denver yesterday to discover that enough snow has melted to go cycling. Not particularly fast (and some of the trails were still icy), but did reach 33 mph (on a downhill). Fairly warm (10 degrees C) and sunny.
A few prarie dogs were venturing out into the warmish weather, plus saw lots of Canada geese. |
