Saturday Nov 24

Snow Shoeing race 37:36 [4] 5 km (7:31 / km)
Gobbler Chase snowshoe race at Copper Mountain. The main problem was the small amount of snow. Also I'd forgotten what it's like to breath 15 degrees F air at high altitude! Clear sunny day (unlike the last few days).
Results

Running (Trail) 1:15:58 [3]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend
Denver Trail Runner's full moon run. South Table Mountain from Denver West to the Golden overlook and back. Did the whole thing without a light.

Friday Nov 23

Hiking 1:45:00 [2]
Short hike at Roxborough State Park. Cold and snowy.

Thursday Nov 22

Running (Snowy trails) 1:10:06 [4]
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend
Out and back route on the southern part of the Mesa Trail (from El Dorado). Snowy higher up, and occasional views of ghostly sun on S Boulder Peak.

Wednesday Nov 21

Note
Snow! (just not much...)

Tuesday Nov 20

Running 48:33 [4] 5.2 mi (9:20 / mi)
shoes: Asics (pair 3)
Usual two laps of Washington Park - clockwise (definitely my preferred direction). Kept up with most people for the 1st 1 1/2 laps which was good for me. Splits 24:00 and 24:32 so not as bad as last week! Cold (38 degrees F).
Note
We went to the Handlebar Grill after running, and as we left thought we saw a snowflake, so decided Winter is officially here!

Monday Nov 19

Note
OK, 70 degrees F in late (ish) November in Denver is just not on. But it is forecast to snow in 2 days :-)

Sunday Nov 18

Hiking 4:30:00 [2]
Hike at Golden Gate State Park. Surprisingly warm!
