Home from the office.
Running 54:07 [3] 5.2 mi (10:24 / mi)
shoes: Asics (pair 3)
Somewhat pathetic run round Washington Park (2 laps clockwise), although it is the first real running I've done since my cold. Splits were 25:53 and 28:14, the latter being about the slowest I've ever done it. At least the weather was nice.

Monday Mar 24

Cycling 6:37 [3] 1.14 mi (5:47 / mi)
This would have been my last training in my 30's, but due to the bike shop being shut yesterday it turned into the first training of my 40's (if if can count as training). Just took my bike from the shop back to the office. It feels like a new bike, which I suppose was the point of taking it in to the shop in the first place!
