ahr:112 max:189

Skiing at Loveland Valley (as there was no parking at Loveland Basin. A bit of a shaky start, but by the end I'd gone down a blue run 3 times! Quads hurting at the end!
Tracks (as with all ski activities) are just for fun.

Took the bus to yoga (no bike) as it was snowing slightly and I have a slight cold.

Chimney Gulch. Wore my road shoes thinking we would have to run the roads. Went up the trail which was snowpacked and icy in places, and down the road. Saw the moon over Denver from Windy Saddle. Calf seemed OK.

Monday Jan 29 #

4 PM

Running 1:32:25 [4] 6.54 mi (14:08 / mi) +1109ft 12:11 / mi
ahr:151 max:174 (injured) shoes: Asics pair 7

Tried running at O'Fallen. Calf hurt a bit but didn't get worse during the run. Hurt afterwards though. Trails were either snow packed or dry - a bit like at N Table on Thursday. Also discovered you can still get to the overlook (near mile 3) - you just can't get down the south side any more.
