Cold, and which ever way I went seemed to be into the wind.

Running 37:07 [3] 3.24 mi (11:28 / mi) +6ft 11:26 / mi
ahr:129 max:142 shoes: New Balance

No one else showed up at track, so just did a slow run around Washington Park with winkepp. Afterwards threw her some balls for softball practice, but I don't know how useful I was given my poor aim.

3 PM

Running 2:51:51 [4] 13.89 mi (12:22 / mi) +1848ft 10:59 / mi
ahr:150 max:169 shoes: Hokas

I had planned on running the Fear the Deer 1/2 marathon course, but reports were that some of the trails higher up were still icy. So I ran at Green Mountain. I think the route is the furthest you can get without going down the eastern side or passing the same point twice (apart from a short out an back from the parking lot), and turned out to be just over a 1/2 marathon (helped by the new convoluted Rooney Valley trail, which I ran uphill this time).
Warm, and lots of people out.

Orienteering 52:04 [4] 6.66 km (7:49 / km) +46ft 7:44 / km
ahr:154 max:175 shoes: Falcons

Orienteering training event organized by Sverre at Bear Creek Greenbelt. Leaving 15 I decided I didn't want to negotiate the thick vegetation and back tracked, but that was probably the only place I really lost time. Got lots of stickers on me towards the end (especially on 25-26).
