Note

When you can't run, you volunteer. At the finish line aid station at High Lonesome 100. Most excitingly, some of the time was spent holding down tents to stop them blowing away in a storm that picked up very quickly (quite a few were written off after the battering they'd taken). Good to see JP finish, and also to see Jason Poole (who had been pacing).

Almost to Ptarmigan Lake (SE of Cottonwood Pass), but the weather beat us back at the end. Had lunch by another nice lake though, and reached tree line for the first time this year.

Denver Trail Tuesdays at Mount Falcon. Can't run yet, but managed a reasonable walk. Saw two (!) rattlesnakes (the second causing the turn around on the Turkey Trot trail).
