My longest swim yet and I felt really good - the pool was super busy so I shared a lane with 4 people but we were all staggered and it helped me keep a constant pace. I felt really strong
I did this at 11am

75 minute spin session. Really hard. We did pyramids with hills. Lots of hovering, head stills, and standing. Legs were like jelly. In between we did a shit load of wall sits, and jumping/standing squats.
45 core/strenght session - stability ball work. weighted sit ups, lots of twists, lots of obliques!
Once again....I did it!
That seems to be an ongoing theme for me =)
