The last leg in Flanders relay. Team with Bart and Els. I was tired. I was able to run faster than normal training speed, but I couldn`t increase the speed or keep it. Few mistakes due to the tiredness.
I had tight race after the last control with other team and I managed to win. Max heartrate is suprisingly high.
