Middle Distance Belgium Championships. Time 37.42 and 6th place. I was satisfied because of all the troubles that I have had during last 2 1/2 months. Running felt Ok. At the end I couldn`t run that fast as I would have liked to. Terrain was ok. Some VERY lucky controls.
Running in the runningtrack. 4*800m with 1min walking between each(Speeds 4min/km-3.45min/km-3.35 and 3.20), 5min jog and then 5*200m 1 min walk between (Speeds 3.30-3.15-3.00-2.50). Felt ok even thought I have not run much. Running from home and back as warm up and cooling down.
I had terrible stomach disease starting on saturday. I lose 6kg weight which was only positive thing. First run after long time and it felt very good. Maybe I can put my goal to the mens 45 class...Next sundays race was a goal for me during the winter time but because of all the injuries I have to set other goal. Maybe Jukola and then the FI Championchips in middle distance on september...
Warm up 10min+ race 40min. I didn`t run at race speed because I had felt myself sic during last 2 days. Actually on thursday I had fever and my stomach was not feeling good. My stomach was still painful and "fast" which I noticed during the race as well
