Warm up 15min+ 5xup hill running (2.01 - 1.54 - 1.47 - 1.41 - 1.36) About 2 minutes jogging down between each. After 25min "cooling down". I was running with Darius. We decided to try to go running together once a week.
Checking the controls and courses for the Belgium Open 2nd day. I ran both the Mens and Womens Elite courses. The terrain was totally different than I expected and because last orienteering was in Finland I had some difficulties...
Most of the time just standing in the forest, but also running around in the forest during the Omega training. At the end 10min at the race speed in the road
Preparing the OMEGA training camp. Taking the controls in to the forestm (Kajajärvi). Nice terrain. Some forestwork has been done after the map has been made, but I think it is going to be good training.
Race 1.07 and warming up 15min. I made quite much mistakes especially in the last part of race. Physically not the best day. Running was little bit tough.
Running 40min + Gym 25min (Upper body). I felt tired. Yesterday was big disappointment. Today I found out that I was disqualified on yesterday`s race. I had big difficulties on concentrating during the race and this was result. I had to do better in Jukola and next weekend`s races in Finland.
