Rest day like the previous days have been as well. Positive thing is that my heel is getting better.

Too busy and my heel is also hurting. Probably I rest few days. I have also lots of different things happening at work so probably I don`t have time to train. My weight is starting to raise and if weeks will continue like this (with long working days) I have to buy new orienteering shirt (size XXL) and trousers (ass is becoming huge)

HAMOK-cup. I had the long leg (10km). Before that was shorter part (about 1km) where our team had to pick up actual maps from different places and then divide them to team members.
Running felt very difficult and I made quite much stupid mistakes (reading the wrong leg, skipping controls and due to that had to run back)...

Regional race. Totally flat terrain, but very hard to run due to the "grass on the ground". Cold weather. Grass was still frozen in some parts. Very easy course and mostly just running. Mistakes totally 1 - 2 minutes. Running was not easy, but it is obvious because I have not train that much. I hope it is getting better...
