Too busy. I had to do some preparations for next sunday`s race> putting maps to plastic covers and etc. Traffic between Bry and Antwerp was totally blocked. I spend more than 2 hours in the car trying to drive to Erik, who is coursesetter with me.

National 2. Hilly area in Recht (German speaking area of Belgium). Not satisfied with my running. I made 2 mistakes (totally 4 - 5 minutes). First one was in the control and second one was totally wrong routechoise in teh long leg. I had to run through very green area and climb much (and there was no need to climb). I have to do some basic training now. Long and easy, maybe regional race on wednesday

Sprint race. I made 3 stupid mistakes and they cost me more than 1 minute. Running is not going very well. Rest days have not helped.

Too tired. I drove our guests to dusseldorf during the night and I was not able to sleep more than 2 hours. But they managed to get the train to sweden and further on to Finland

Regional race. Easy and flat terrain, mostly running on the roads and paths. Running was and felt difficult. I made one mistake (about 3minutes), because I was totally confused with many controls and I started to read and run wrong leg. Of course it was totally opposite direction than the right one...

5*1min (race speed+/30sec jogging + 5min jogging + 4*hill (1.50 - 1.47 - 1.44 - 1.41)/running down. Not the best day, but managed to do also the hill-part.Mostly in Woluwe Park, because it has some good hills.

Easy running. During the morning and midday we spend about 3 hours in Zoo or Animal Park Called Plankendaal.Lots of walking. After that and taking count also yesterdays race, I was suprised that legs felt ok.

Regional "Easter Race". Some of the flags were hidden and due to that some "mistakes". Sometimes I saw the emit first. Easy orienteering. I tried to run fast, but it was not the best day.
