Before and after. Before feeling was below zero, didn´t feel like running at all

10*90``/30`` with increasing speed.3`jogging and 5*15``/45``. In 90sec intervals 30 sec was jogging, in shorter ones walking. Running felt difficult. At the end it started to feel little bit better. Throat was little sore in the morning, I hope that I am not going to be sick.

Putting the controls. Running and walking and carrying the controls. I stayed in the competition center with Jan over night guarding the beers. It was cold night, but running and walking helped > I slept quite well

VK Lang = Flanders Championships, Long Distance.
Finally good race. Totally 2min mistakes and running was quite ok. At the end I was little lazy with running and could have been better.

"Fartlek". I ran "sprints" (100m - 400m) faster and in between them slower. Legs felt tired. I think my diet is not helping me to recovery...
