Last day of Belium 3 days. BIG mistake in 1st control (7minutes) and after that I didnĀ“t really push that seriously. Running felt good. Legs were tired, but still running wasw rather easy. Maybe I am in better shape or my shape is getting better. I hope so

1st Belgium 3 Days. Bad race. I was feeling lazy and running felt really bad. Lot of walking and some difficulties with orienteering as well.

Morning run. Today I was more determined than yesterday. Muscles bit sore due to the yesterday`s intensive strenght training. Tomorrow and Friday I will rest and prepare myself for weekend.

Morning run. I ran faster than normally. Legs felt little tired, but suprisingly good feeling. This week I will train quite easy. During next weekend (from Saturday to Monday) 4 races. > "Belgium 3 days"

Regional race in Elsenborn. Nice but heavy terrain. It was open, but long grass made it hard to run. I tried to run fast but easy. Feeling is getting better day by day. Too many mistakes, totally about 13 minutes. Some places I was totally lost.
