Morning run. In the middle (Between 10`and 15`) 1 km faster (race speed). Night was like night in the families with babies are, but running felt good. I could feel my strenght training.

Morning run and same time start of the new training season. I managed to do what I planned during this break > I am fat and in really bad shape, but I have a daughter and that means it doesn´t matter.
First goal is in Sylvester, second in Belgian night champs. In sylvester I don´t expect much, but night-o I want to do well.

Our daughter was born at 1.35 pm. 3,7 kg and 51cm. Everything went fine and both girls are doing well.

Team race in Lommel and with oro-hydro map (only contours and water). I ran the longest course. Nice terrain and race. Totally 6 or 7 minutes mistake. Running felt difficult

Regional race called Rik Thys. No codenumbers in control descriptions and many flags inside the circle. Sometimes even other sides of small hill. You had to know by looking control descriptions which control to push. Interesting race, good course and rather nice terrain. I tried to run in easy and smooth speed without pushing too much. Legs have recovered.
Training for the night champs will start tomorrow
