Military exercise in KilpisjƤrvi. The goal for the troops was to train them in open "fjell" (finnish mountain) area without vehicles. That means many kilometers skiing. I was with troops with same equipment.

4*5'/1' Increasing tempo. Speed 5.01 - 4.47 - 4.35 - 4.23. Difficult to run due to the icy and slippery roads. Legs were also little bit tired and heartrate high also during warm up period. But weather was perfect again...
