Special race. Only contours (brown colour) on the map and some other forbidden areas (fences, etc). I did totally about 10+min mistakes. I am not in good shape. New training season will start on 2nd November. Goals for next season: Belgium middle distance, Finnish Middle distance, Jukola and perhaps half a marathon (if I find good race)

FLight back to Brussels. In Sodankylä it was winter and -degrees when we started our trip and in Brussels 14 degrees and totally different weather and lots of people. It was nice to be back at home

Running in Sodankylä with Virpi. Nice weather. About 5cm snow on the ground, -4 degrees and sort of "blue darkness" that only northern Finland has during winter time.

Indoor cycling 20min + gym 40min. I had a new program for the gym and I think that tomorrow I can feel some pain. My very good friend and ex-coach was visiting us with his wife and he made this program after seeing our gym. For me it was free (well some beers and whisky) but he is member of "coaching bank" and people can hire him. If you need good coach for orienteering (former finnish national team coach) or what ever sport contact me.

Orienteering race 1:02:00 [5]

Three sprint courses (3km+2km+3km). Good courses and good terrain foe sprint-orienteering. First course no mistakes. Second and thrid: In borh about 3minutes. 2 very bad routechoises and 2 big mistakes (2 and 3 minutes, yes it is possible for in sprint). My mind was somewhere else than in orienteering.
