Easy running. Cold weather (-25 degrees) but it is easier to run than to ski in cold weather. And also warmer. Heel is not hurting that much anymore, which is good. I just wonder what is next place or part in my body to start hurting...
classic style.last 30minutes faster (i was racing with one other skier.he was trying to run away and i tried to follow).rather cold weather -20 and some places -25.
easy running.I had long rest period.Last days before vacation were terrible - no time to train.Our trip to amsterdam on friday 18th was really adventure and our flights were late.Our luggages arrived one day before than we.But at the end,Holiday has started and we are on Levi - very perfect place to spend our holiday.
Running felt better thought it is far from good... I made much mistakes, totally over 10 minutes. There was couple of so called "bingo" controls and I was not lucky...
First 3 or 4 km were ok. After that I was totally tired. I had to walk long periods and I was afraid that I will not reach the finnish. Afterwards I didn´t feel so good either. I hope that I am not sick or actually becoming sick.

Rest day like yesterday. I am having too much work to do at the moment. Working days are quite often 12 hours or sometimes even more. After day like that I don´t have energy to train. Drinking one beer and then sleeping is better option...
