Tampere suunnistus. Nice race. Great terrain and good map. Totally different orienteering than in Belgium. 3rd position and not much mistakes.

Together with Virpi. Preparing for mountain orienteering in 6th and 7th August. We ran my old training route from my parents. Very nice and hilly route in forest near by, but paths have disappered in some places. Maybe not so many runners using these paths anymore.

Orienteering race 45:00 [3]

Score orienteering during our club weekend. My leg started to hurt , so I took it easy. I was also already in finals, so it didn´t really matter that much.
This orienteering was in fixed map. There was something missing and some parts were twisted. Not very easy.

Running race 30:00 [4]

Finals of our club weekend. I managed to get into last 9 competitors and we had this pre final. Only 3 went to finals and I couldn´t do that.
Our race started with hanging behing motor boat, then swimming and orienteering same time, short orienteering, paddling, orienteering. Interesting and fun, but tough as well.

Dubble sprint in Maaseik during our club weekend. Too hot for me.

Second part of our club weekends competition. Total time that our team spend was more than 4 hours, but that 2,5 hours is sort of estimate of this really active part. It included running, cycling, swimming and canoeing.

(rest day)

From wednesday 30th June to 2 nd July rest days. I had long working days and weather was too hot for me. It was about 30 degrees even in the evening
