Belgium Championships in Sprint. Running was better than in previous races, but still lot to do. When I left CC, I was still disqualified. They couldn`t find mark from one control. backup label was under the study.

National 2. I quit after long leg. I felt myself so tired and also had some pain in my heart.
I have to visit doctor, because I have felt myself so tired lately. Also training and running is just going more bad.

24 hours Charityrun in Shape in Nato HQ in athletic track (400m). I ran between 1 and 2 in the morning. Between 20 and 45 minutes faster rounds. Runnning felt easy. Some teams ran really fast. Nice event

Flanders Sprint Champs. Very Bad race for me. Too much mistakes. totally around 4 minutes, which is 3min 45 seconds too much. Virpi ran very well. She had only 300meters shorter course, but she was 3 minutes faster...

I tried to run in the morning, but 15 minutes was enough. I felt myself too tired. Same feeling than yesterday, feels like I have lost 30% of my "horsepower"

Driving from Brussels to the CC was not very nice experience. It took me 2hours and 40minutes (about 60km). First 10 km took 1hour 40minutes. Traffic in Belgium is most of the time different than in Finland. There is lots of things which I will miss when we move ack to Finland. I think traffic is one (almost only one) which I will not miss.
