Uphill intervals in Eura in forest (path). 1st 2`54``, 2nd 2`45``, 3rd 2`34`` and 4th 2`23``. Between running down 3`. Height difference 33 meters and last 25meters really steep. Legs felt little tired. Tomorrow is going to be rest day. (Driving to Lahti)

We visited my sister in Rauma. Whole day day there and on the way back I jumped out of the car in Naarjoki. From there I ran back to my parents through the forests. Nice training, some sandy roads, paths and also forest. Saw some wild animals (3 snakes, moose, deer (dead one) and fox).

After many years and it was fun, but hard. I skated the hilly route, but compered previous years it was safe. They have made asfalt track for bikers and it was good to skate. Rather hot (27)

"Recovery run" after the skating. Legs felt tired. Again in the hilly terrain in the forest next to my parents house.

Local "race" in Eura. My "forestrunning" was totally gone.The finnish terrain is totally different. I have to start train differently. Allthought, more than nice to be here again. Nice terrain, good maps and nice orienteering. Forest today was rather heavy to run and it was also rather hot, but I enjoyed.

Morning run in Eura. Felt little better than yesterday. Some "air" in the stomach due to the 3 days sitting and driving... I caused some noises in the forest (perhaps some smell as well) :=)

Morning run. First time after Transforestrie. Transforestirie, long at meeting and travel back from Paris yesterday was still affecting and I felt myself very tired. I had to walk last hill. It needs more than few days to recover race like that. I start to train again next week

Second day of Transforestrie. After night in the tent teh start was not the best one. Better day than Saturday, but last 1,5 kilometers were hard. Much harder race than Tunturisuunnistus in Finland. Both days, we managed to spend 20+ minutes with putting the controls in to our maps. That is 10 or even more minutes too much.

First day of Transforestrie. I was totally dead last 5 kilometers and in the evening I had problems with my stomach. Backbag was really affecting. Not my best day

Finnish relay (partiokilpailu) in 2 person teams.Running felt lazy and I was not able to push enough.Orienteering was ok, only few 10 or 15 sec mistakes. I ran with Teemu and our time was 3rd best, BUT Teemu forgot to visit one control>disqualified. Pity, terrain was nice. maybe next year if we are still here.
