Orienteering race 45:00 [4]

Lenteloop in Tessenderlo. Rather or actually really green terrain. Due to the hot weather I had some problems with my stomach. Allthought, the biggest problem was bad shape. Good thing is that work to improve it and to be able to run good speed has started. I am thinking rather seriously to take part in terrain marathon "vaarojen maraton" in Koli. If I do that training must be good

Town orienteering in Turnhout. Small streets, lots of turning, but still rather easy course. Some tricky parts or controls where you had to decide routechoice carefully. Running is not feeling good.
