Planned one.
Now I have a plan or THE PLAN for my training. It includes quite much running but to be able to reach my goal or to run through the race I have to train much more than I have done last year. Goal is to run this race:

At the moment I donĀ“t have any expetations for my time, only ambition is the to be there and run whole course. Putting this here means that it is public and that maybe gives me more motivation.

Luosto. Not the best conditions at the beginning, new snow on the tracks, temperature -13 and I was the first to enter in to the forest. Hilly terrain, but weather and feeling get better during the training

Whole family has been sick since last wednesday. Really shitty sickness. Stomach (both ways) and high fewer. Good thing that we were sick in a row not at the same. But anyway, once again long pause and difficulties to start again. Today was the first day that I felt myself normally
