Running with Ville during orienteering school. Ville did more than well. He managed to run through 2 courses without my help. Knee was better, but now it is hurting again

Knee is still hurting. No possibilities to train or actually run. Next few weeks are also very busy at work. Many different exercises and no possibilities to train.

Controls to the forest. The course that stays in the forest whole summer. Technical terrain and lot of climbing. Nice terrain. Still some snow in the north side of the hills or hill. Actually there is only one hill and map is from west part of the hill.

Knee is still hurting and rest didn't help. Today and yesterday I did some physical work at home, but nothing to put here.
Because rest didn't help, I have to start to run again. Let's see how that is affecting. Next 3 days in military exercise again > not much sleep
