Feeling tired after 2 races. We spend a day in Brugge. Walking around and sightseeing.Very nice city.

Race 1.04. Warm up and cool down 20min. Running didn`t feel good. Mistakes total 3min.

Race 37min, warm up 25min. Running was not good. 2min mistakes total. Even running felt bad, it was better than I expected...

Morning:
Indoor cycling 20min+ gym 25 (circuit training, upper body). Legs felt little tired because of yesterday.

Running 55:00 [4]

Warm up 15min+ 1min-2min-3min-4min-3min-2min-1min. Accelerating speed > first slowest and last "sprint" fastest.. 1min rest between every sprint (walking).
I did this training in real running track (Woluwe stadion).
